Today’s world thrives on convenience, everything is catered to user experience — so why isn’t sleep? Sleep Country’s Sleep Experts tailor sleep to you.

In today’s globalized, “always-on” working atmosphere, we spend countless hours in the office, often taking our work home and blurring the line of when it’s time to disconnect — sometimes at the cost of our sleep.

But, what people may not realize is those late hours that are being put in may in fact be a detriment to workflow. Research shows sleep can be the difference between high or low levels of productivity, creativity and work performance.

Sleep Country’s Sleep Experts want to ensure all Canadians have a great night’s sleep and in turn a happier, healthier, and more productive life both at home and work.

To launch its new campaign, Tell Us Everything, Sleep Country conducted a national sleep survey to find out Canadian’s sleeping habits, quirks, and preferences. Tell Us Everything centres around telling one of their Sleep Experts everything about what keeps you up at night and which sleep issues hit home for you.

The concept of workplace burnout is on the rise, it’s not uncommon for employees to feel both physically and mentally exhausted at the end of the work day.  Sleep Country’s survey shows 10 percent of Canadian millennials admit to sleeping in the office. For commuters, 11 percent of Canadians have fallen asleep on public transit.

Sleep Country’s survey shows over 50 percent of Canadians aged 18-34 wake up at least one or two times throughout the night.

Small disruptions can have rippling impacts; getting the right amount of quality sleep can improve your physical and mental health, as well as workplace culture.

Tell Us Everything is built on the idea that Sleep Country’s Sleep Experts are able to match all Canadians to a great night’s sleep and work to tailor a sleep solution to you.

Focusing on learning more about the sleep problems and patterns of their everyday customers, Sleep Country wants to know what makes for a good night’s sleep to you, so that they can create a complete sleep solution to match your needs. Does your partner snore? Are you a shift worker? Do you sleep on your back?  A quality sleep is in the details; the more Sleep Country’s Sleep Experts know, the better. So, tell them everything.
