There’s just something comforting about a crisp October breeze and leaves bronzing to a reddish gold while we pull out our knits to cozy up fireside —preferably with a cocktail in hand.

With Thanksgiving only days away it means family, friends, good food and celebration. Each season has its own recipe staples and signature flavours — Fall is a time for apple, cinnamon, warm spices, and pumpkin galore.

This list of libations offers the classic flavours we’ve come to love, and a new pear twist that will quickly be added to next year’s list of seasonal favourites.

– Mix coffee and pumpkin spice mix together and warm up
– Temper the milk
– Combine Mount Gay Eclipse Rum with the warmed cold brew coffee/Pumpkin Spice Mix in a large mug
– Top with tempered milk
– Torch a cinnamon stick and add to mug

– Pour bourbon into a rocks glass over ice
– Add Chai simple syrup over bourbon

– Shake

Rumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:
– 1.5oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
– 4oz Cold brew coffee
– 4oz Pumpkin Spice Mix*
– 1oz 2% tempered milk
-Garnished with a torched cinnamon stick.
– Glassware: Mug – Cocktail Served Warm

Kashmiri Chai Bourbon

Ingredients:

– 1/4 ounce DAVIDsTEA Kashmiri Chai-infused simple syrup
– 2 dashes of orange bitters
– 2 ounces bourbon
– Chunky ice

Grey Goose® La Poire Pear & Thyme

Ingredients:

– 2 parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavoured Vodka
– 1.5 parts Pear Nectar
– 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnish: Fresh thyme sprig and slice of pear

The Queen’s Toddy

Ingredients:

– 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire
– .5 ozs lemon juice
– .5 ozs honey syrup
– 1 oz. apple cider (unfiltered juice)
– 3 ozs. Orange Pekoe tea, boiling hot
– Garnish with a cinnamon stick
