  Ingredients 40 mL Belvedere Vodka 10 mL Tawny Port 5 mL Dry Vermouth Pinch Caraway Seeds 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Method 

Stir all ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Zest lemon on drink and discard peels.
