On the eve of the inaugural
GLORY Sports Summit, GLORY Media hosted an exclusive VIP dinner that set the tone for the groundbreaking event. Held at Lapinou Bistro in Toronto's chic King West district, the warm summer evening saw 50 esteemed guests arrive to an atmosphere of sophistication and camaraderie.
As the evening kicked off, attendees were welcomed with beautifully-crafted hibiscus-inspired beverages and refreshing bottles of FIJI Water. The first hour was dedicated to mingling, as partners, panelists, and friends of the brand engaged in lively conversation, setting the stage for the summit ahead.
The seated dinner was a culinary triumph, courtesy of Lapinou's renowned team. The menu featured delectable offerings such as grilled seabream, dry-aged rib steak, grilled rapini, chocolate millefeuille, and hibiscus sorbets, delighting the palates of all in attendance.
Editor-in-Chief Lance Chung commenced the evening with heartfelt opening remarks,
encapsulating the spirit of the GLORY Sports Summit, and then handed the mic to Andrew Redelmeier of Southbrook Wines, who provided an engaging narrative about his winery, whose exquisite sparkling wine was enjoyed throughout the meal.
