Founded by Jeremy Watt and Julia Brown after meeting in Montreal, the now married duo decided to quit their jobs and create a Canadian brand with the challenging goal of manufacturing every product locally and in the country.
The brand name is a nod to Central Canadian history, when Upper and Lower Canada merged to form the United Province of Canada. Coincidentally, Watt was raised in Southern Ontario, and Brown in a small township in Quebec.

Molson. It is the only Ontario-based finalist still in the running for this opportunity to expand their business.
